How do I get a new user account?
Please use the request form which is linked at the login page. Please do not forget to fill out the field Request notice. This information will help the RBIS administrator on granting permission rights.
I changed my user name and now I can not login again
Please contact your RBIS administrator.
Notice: The user name must not contain any spaces or non-Latin characters.

Please delete all cookies in your browser belonging to RBIS and login again.
Time series data
Analyses: The distance between the stations seems to be not correct
Please check first the correct order and spatial reference system of your stations. If the distance furthermore is wrong please inform your RBIS administrator to adjust the reference EPSG.
Import: The parameter is not in the list
Please contact your RBIS administrator and inform him which parameter should be added. Please also include a short description (one sentence) of the parameter and possible units of measurement.
Import: The unit of measurement is not in the list
Please contact your RBIS administrator and inform him which units of measurement should be added to which parameter.
Import: No gaps where detected although gaps exists
Check if the default value was specified.
Notice: Gaps are only detected if the time step is regular (calculated in seconds) like hourly or daily.
It is currently not possible to detect gaps at monthly or yearly data.
